Tonight
The air tonight was crisp and cold, the night sky clear under a nearly full moon. We studied the sky, spotting constellations. Cassiopeia, the Pleiades. The Winter Hexagon. Our snowshoes crunched as we made our way along the lower elevations at Great Glen, and everywhere we looked, Mt. Washington and the white-capped Presidentials.

Go on... don't leave us hanging! :)
The White Mountains are indescribably awesome in winter. I'd love to see your pics.
That sounds like the perfect evening. So perfect. The crunch of snow is one of my favorite sounds.
